The modern, uniquely design Chalet in a 2-acre land, has a bright and airy beach-vibe, with jaw-dropping views of the lake and volcanoes from every room.

A open plan main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dinning table for 6-8, and a spacious living area with custom furniture that will comfort the whole family.

A floor up you will find a mezzanine with working space, a sofa and TV; behind it is bedroom #2, with a full bathroom and a spacious closet. Walking downstair of the main floor there is the master bedroom (bedroom #1) with queen bed, a private working space and full bathroom with closets. From this room you can go out and stayed at the open 16 square meters deck surrounded by flowers, Jiote and a macadamia tree.

Adjacent is the laundry room equipped with wash and dry machine, half bathroom and place for cleaning.

There are two additional bedrooms (#3 and 4) independent of the main house, walking upstairs and below the Amate tree. Each bedroom has full bathroom and closet and direct view to the lake. The bedroom #3 has 2 beds, one bed for 2 and one single bed. The bedroom #4 has one bed for 2, and one double single bed. If you continue climbing the stairs you will find the house keeper room and the garage (one-car). On this path you will find avocado, jocote, and nance trees.

Beneath the rooms there is wide plain with a fire place at the end. The fireplace has night lights and the fire wood is stored just there.

Walking downstairs from outside the main house, and very close to the lake is the Palapa, like a tree house, with a full bathroom, gas-fired grill, a bar, a wide bench and one additional bedroom (#5) on the upper part of the palapa with spiral stairs. From the Palapa you can reach downstairs the jacuzzi and the house dock. The Palapa has been designed resembling a ship.
